Zucchini for the winter
Prepare this recipe for the third year. Fast to cook. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 kg

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    100 g

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to large pot (I have enamel. bucket). Stir frequently so the sugar doesn't burn.

Add salt, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil.

Pepper cut into strips.

Zucchini clean.

Take out the bones.

Cut into 4 pieces of 5 mm thick. And all in the pot with the tomatoes.

Bring to a boil and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5 minutes until cooked add the vinegar and chopped garlic.

Pour hot into sterilized jars. Roll up and wrap in a blanket to cool. Bon appetit.
