Salad
Very tasty, juicy, flavorful. Quick to prepare. Minimum products, maximum pleasure. Tastes like marinated mushrooms, but still delicious!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Lettuce

    300 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds fry in a dry pan until Golden brown. Add sesame seeds and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a platter.

Mushrooms wash, dry and slice into quarters. Fry in butter for 2-3 minutes over high heat.

Lettuce wash, dry, coarsely chop or break it. Add the chopped garlic, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill. Mix well.

Add the warm mushrooms and stir.

Spread roasted seeds, stir and serve immediately.
