Casserole with potatoes and mushrooms - autumn dish and a lifesaver for any cook. Honey can be substituted with other mushrooms that are at hand, but while in season, you can slightly shake the forest and dial his :)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Dill

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, boil.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Separately fry the mushrooms.

Whisk milk with eggs.
