Frittata or omelet with zucchini and tuna
I was fascinated recently loss extra grams-kilograms and the search-collection of low-calorie dishes. Found a lovely recipe in the English magazine "Watch my weight" and here I share with you. Easy, affordable, unusual and delicious, and most importantly, diet! One serving contains 240 calories and a lot of fun!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    360 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tuna

    210 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes clean and boil in salted water until tender. Cut the potato cubes. In medium skillet heat oil and fry potatoes until Golden brown.

Add the finely chopped onions and pre-peeled and sliced zucchini. Also, stirring constantly, fry for 2-3 minutes.

Open the can of tuna, Express the juice, divide the breastbone into slices and put on top of the vegetables.

Eggs and milk, beat lightly, season with salt and pepper. Add to the pan. Put it under the lid on low heat until the omelette is fried a little at the bottom.

Sprinkle with cheese and sent under the grill until Golden brown.
