Soak gelatin with cold boiled water according to instructions on the package. Sour cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth. Berries to defrost in advance. Separately whisk the raspberries with sugar. Swollen gelatin to divide into 2 parts. One part to heat in the microwave until dissolved. (must not boil) Put the gelatin in cottage cheese, stir well. Pour into a convenient bowl and place in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes - until firm. Then the same is done with the second part of gelatin and injected it into the raspberries. Stir well and pour the second layer of raspberries on a frozen layer of the curd mass. Alternate the layers... you Can sprinkle coconut flakes or grated chocolate and put back in the fridge until firm.
