Cooking
Chop the flour with margarine, add sour cream, soda, and proteins.
Knead a soft dough. Cover with a cloth, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
For the filling: butter (from the freezer) to pass through a grater, mix with sugar, flour, and add chopped nuts.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
And roll out a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Distribute the filling and roll roll.
To divide into pieces of about 5-6 cm.
Transfer to a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.
Bake in the preheated oven at medium heat for 30-35 minutes.
