Fish pie with melted cheese
Very tender and tasty pie. Quite simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    140 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.17 tsp

Cooking

While our dough is defrosted, fish fillets cut into pieces, salt, pepper and marinate in lemon juice.

Puff a little dough roll out, place in a baking dish. Sprinkle chopped green onions.

The bow lay the slices of fish.

Melted cheese cut into slices and place on fish.

To fill the cake mix cream, eggs, a little salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add dried or fresh herbs. I added dried parsley. Mix well.

Add the flour and stir until lumps disappear.

Fill up the pie and bake at 200*With 45-60 minutes, until it will turn brown.

And what flavor... the cake is ready allow to cool a little and spread on a plate.
