Salad of vegetables instead of a side dish for schnitzel or meat, boiled potatoes...

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    40 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sauce

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Vegetables for salad.

Peppers: yellow, orange, red, green. Fresh cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, celery stemmed, leafy, salad.

Cut petiolar celery. Peppers. Tomatoes.

Cabbage.

With twigs break off leaves of celery, chop the garlic.

Salt. Slice the leeks (I forgot about it...).

Fill the salad sauce (sour cream) and mix.

The salad I served with yesterday's chicken schnitzel with beets.(The schnitzel of course has changed a bit in appearance, because they before serving, had to reheat in the microwave, the cheese melted and became transparent). I usually cook one at a time. Don't like the next day is the same.
