Meat sticks with cranberry sauce
These meat sticks can be consumed as a snack hot or cold for beer. Or use as part of lunch or dinner, by filing with the garnish and adding a great sauce and cranberry jam. By the way, this sauce suitable for any meat dish in your home.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Take the meat and cut it into pieces. I had two slices, one more lean, the second pork neck (so the stuffing did not add bacon).

Put the meat in the bowl of a blender along with half onion, garlic and all the good grind.

In prepared stuffing add the soy sauce, yogurt, soda, salt, mix of pepper and mix well. In forcemeat add the nutmeg, dried Basil or any seasonings you like.

Mix crushed walnuts and sesame seeds.

With wet hands take a little meat, formed a small sausage, strung it on a wooden skewer, dip them in breadcrumbs nut and sesame seeds and spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper greased with vegetable oil.

The pan with meat sticks put into the oven preheated to 180C for 25-30min.

While the meat baked, we grind (the finer the better) second half of the onion. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion until light brown colour.

... add it to the onions. Mix well, add salt and take the pepper.

Give the sauce a "taposiris", add lemon juice and switch off. The sauce is ready, put it in a saucepan and cooled.
