Onion cut into half rings, put on a dish. Herring cut into fillets, put on a bow. To prepare the dressing mix the vinegar and vegetable oil. The resulting sauce to pour herring with onions, cover and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Apples cut into semicircular slices. Onion peel, cut into half rings, fry the onions in vegetable oil, then add slices of apples for 1-2 minutes.
