Salad
The name of this salad is no accident. Of the several dozen people I've treated to this salad, no one could name its ingredients. A lot of options, often assumed to be cheese and squid, but they are not here ;). Only one thing all are unanimous - delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Potato starch

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    500 g

Cooking

Lightly beat the eggs, add the starch and salt, mix it all together.

Bake the resulting mass is pancakes, the thinner, the better.

While pancakes are cooling, cut the chicken breast into strips along the grain.

Pancakes cut into thin noodles with a length of about 3-4 cm.

Mix the chicken and cut the pancakes with mayonnaise. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably more. Mayonnaise should be fully absorbed. I try to make this salad the day before, so so tasty.
