Eggs, pickled in wine
Recipe a decade ago from the magazine "Bon appetit." Honestly, was shocked by what he saw and decided to try it. What to do with them next, not sure yet. Waiting for Your tips!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    14 piece

  • Sweet white wine

    250 ml

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Hard boil 12-14 eggs (I had them in a quart jar fit 14 boiled eggs). Tried raw - 9 came out.

Put boiled eggs in a quart jar.

Mix in a saucepan water, wine, pepper, ginger and washed greens. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Flies eggs with hot broth and close the nylon cover. These eggs have to stand in the fridge for 7 days.
