Tender potatoes with minced meat
I recently tried this dish at my friend she's a lover to improvise with ingredients. I really liked the potatoes and I decided to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Spices

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Adjika

  • Onion

    5 piece

Cooking

1. Potatoes RUB on a grater, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Onions finely chop. 3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt.

4. Minced salt, pepper, add a little adzhika, onions. All mix well and pour part of the eggs, whipped with milk. All another good mix. The mince should not be watery.

5. Prepared potatoes, pour the remaining egg mixture with milk that was not liquid.

6. Sheet grease with vegetable oil, spread one side of potatoes, and stuffing. Grease the top with mayonnaise.

7. Cheese grate and sprinkle on top of mayonnaise.

8. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the dish for 30-40 minutes.
