Chicken Breasts in almond sauce pesto
The chicken in my family love and respect, and every time I want to her something new to cook and household to surprise. For example, baked chicken with almond pesto and arrange a small party! A husband grumbles that now can't eat ugly food...

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    800 g

  • Almonds

    20 g

  • Basil

    30 g

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    20 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Almond pour boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain the water, pour boiling water again and leave for 10 minutes, then remove skin.

In a blender grind the garlic and almonds.

To add to the same Basil, olive oil, grated cheese, salt, pepper, mix thoroughly. Chicken Breasts wash, free from bones and skin, lightly beat off and put on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the lamb fillets on top of the pesto. Put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Meat remove, flip and brush sauce on other side of fillet. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the meat is browned. For a side dish you can serve pasta with vegetables.
