Cooking
To prepare the sponge cake separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins whisk in a solid foam and set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the melted butter.
Add starch, flour, soda and vanilla. Mix everything together until smooth. Gently beat in the whites and pour the batter into the baking dish. (20cm) Bake at 180C for 50 minutes. Ready sponge let cool and cut into 3 layers.
For the mousse soak the gelatine in cold water. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

Whip the cream in powdered sugar until fluffy state. Add the cooled (but not frozen) strawberries and mix gently with a spatula so the cream has not lost its splendor. And immediately put the cake together, as the mass begins to thicken.
In cake form on the bottom spread one biscuit, it is half the mousse, then a layer of cake, more mousse, and top of the cake cover with a biscuit. If the cake is dry - it can be impregnated. Put the cake in the fridge, preferably overnight.
