Cherry-lime cake
Offer a very simple, delicious and delicate cake. Sponge cake with a lovely butter cream. For the recipe thank you Ludmilla Ludmilla Matschulat (Demchenko). The recipe is dedicated to all the girls in honor of the spring holiday the 8th of March. Help yourself dear girl!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Lemon peel

  • Corn starch

  • Gelatin

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Juice

    250 ml

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

Here are our ingredients for cake.

Soft butter, sugar and lemon flavor (or lemon zest) beat until fluffy mass. Eggs to enter one at a time and continue to beat.

Mix the flour, starch, baking powder, inject it into the butter-egg mixture. Mix well (I beat with a mixer) at the last stage mixed with a spatula. Add the milk, mix well.

Put the dough in the form of dia. 26 cm (sides oiled) with baking paper and bake in heated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes (focus on your oven).

To give the cake to cool.

Prepare the cream. Sugar, lime juice, mascarpone and whisk.

To prepare the gelatin (as written on the package), soak in cold water, the swollen gelatin, bring to a complete dissolution in a water bath and, if necessary, drain. Hot pour gently into cottage cheese.

Whip the cream in a solid foam and gently mix with curd mass.

From cooled cake to cut the top, to avoid the upper crust (as the author advises, but I just flipped the cake and nothing is cut off). Who likes a wet sponge, it can soak any syrup from the jam. Put the cake on a dish, put in the ring for cake (the author recommends at the sides close foil, then to easily remove the ring). Put on the cake cream, smoothed it over, leave overnight in the fridge.

The next day remove the ring from the cake. Make the topping. Jelly (read as written on the packaging) cooking with sour cherry juice. Fill a plastic bag (I used a file), to cut off quite a bit from the corner and hot jelly (it will be hot, you can wear glove) to squeeze on the cake. The edge of the cake sprinkle with any sugar decorations or coconut. The cake is ready.
