Banana pancakes
Gentle, lush with banana-flavored pancakes are very popular with children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 tsp

Cooking

Melt the butter, add the milk, egg, ripe bananas

Blend into a homogeneous mass

In the bowl of a mixer mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder

Gradually add liquid, knead the dough, like thick cream and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature

In a heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of dough. Fry on medium heat until bubbles on the surface of the pancake and flip, bake until Browning
