Cooking
Boil beans until tender. Drain, cool. Turn on to warm the oven at 175*C.
Chop the beans. I got so wet baby.
Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, brandy, a pinch of salt - whisk.
Add softened butter and orange juice with zest, continuing to whisk.
Sift cocoa and baking powder into the dough. Mix thoroughly.
In this recipe cocoa partially fulfills the role of "flour", making the dough thicker and more elastic. (At this stage I could not resist and tried a drop test... taste like chocolate oranges on peanut butter).
Spoon the batter into the form, prostrelennoe baking paper. If the form is silicone, it is possible to shell out, not lubricating form. Fill the form test can safely almost to the top (my first time, not knowing left a lot of space). Bake at 175*C for about 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick — should come out dry.
