Description
Open eateries pies - a tradition rather French, not Russian. But we are so happy it took that long believe these pies with lots of toppings (and the cake is the most delicious stuffing) of our heritage. Offer taste vkusnyuschy cake with smoked trout. Rosy, delicate taste, I assure you, you won't even notice how empty dish under the pie, I think that crumbs will remain. For the recipe thanks to the magazine "Cooking workshop".

Cooking
Set of products for baking a cake on the table.
Combine the ingredients for the dough, i.e., in a large bowl, mix the egg, milk, vegetable oil, sour cream, add salt, flour and baking powder (all in the order listed). These stages did not take pictures, too easy. Knead the dough. The dough was soft, not dense, slightly sticky to the hands (if the dough is sticking to your fingers much, add flour).
Spread the dough in a well greased with butter form, slightly powdered with flour, and with wet hands spread over the entire surface of the form, forming the sides.
Prepare stuffing. To do this, slice green onions in small rings, arugula - coarsely (you can just hands to break), Parmesan on a medium grater.
Sour cream whipped with eggs, flour and thyme. Fish cut into small pieces, by the Way, about the fish: instead of trout, use any other red smoked fish.
Add in the sour cream-egg mixture, arugula, onions, Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Lay out the slices of trout on the dough.
On top of the fish pour the cooked filling.
The quiche are baked in the oven, preheated to 160-180*C for 60-70 minutes. If top of cake starts to burn, cover the pie with foil. So I pulled the quiche out of the oven, the smell came all specify the number came to two, the husband and the cat both were satisfied.
