Summer salad with pasta conchiglie and mozzarella
Delicious, light, slightly spicy, sour salad will appeal to you and your family.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • The finished dish

  • Mozzarella

    350 g

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

A grill pan set on fire. Open the jar of mushrooms, drain off the water. Zucchini wash and cut into rings. Pasta boil. On a heated pan put the zucchini and fry on both sides.

Fry the mushrooms with two sides, onion and kebabs. Lettuce finely shinkuem. Spread on a large dining plate.

On the salad spread fried onions, zucchini. Make the sauce: mix olive oil with vinegar, salt, pepper and seasonings.
