Tomatoes, baked with cinnamon
An amazing dish to taste and its simplicity. And the smell of cinnamon during cooking is not comparable to anything.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Rinse rice and boil in salted water. I used the rice "Mistral Kuban".

With tomatoes cut off the tops with a sharp spoon remove the pulp.
