Cooking
Mexican blend of peas, corn, paprika, carrots and green beans.
Trout marinated seasoning fish with lemon. Prepare vegetable stuffing. For this chop onions thin half-rings and fry in vegetable oil. Add the Mexican blend. Simmer over low heat until the onion has softened.
In the same oil the pan to stew the fish from both sides, not fried. Literally 3 minutes with one and with the other hand. Place the fish into the form, covered with foil.
Fill the fish abdomen Mexican mixture. Without turning, packaging cut the fish with the stuffing in foil and send in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
While the trout bakes, prepare the potatoes for roasting. For that, cut it randomly into pieces and sprinkle with seasoning.
Then in hot oil, in batches, fry potatoes until Golden brown. Ready potatoes put in a pan under the lid. In this storage it becomes soft and hot.
By the end of the 20-minute baking grate cheese on a coarse grater and cut the tomato rings. Foil to reveal the fish, put rings of tomato and sprinkle with cheese shavings.
Again send the fish in the oven for 15-20 minutes to ensure that the tomatoes have time to be baked, and the cheese to melt and make a nice baked look.
On a dish put our trout in a cheese-tomato hat. Around round slices of Golden potatoes and slices of lemon. The top "cap" decorate with parsley sprigs.
