Pancake casserole with mushrooms and sauce Bechamel
The pancakes are baked, not only Russians, but also Italians. I bring to your attention, well, very tasty casserole (which has taken root in my house) from one of the Italian housewife.

Ingredients

  • Damn

    8 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

Cooking

To clean the mushrooms.

Crush a little garlic and a whole put in hot oil. Fry lightly to release the aroma.

Remove from the pan the garlic and put the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley and simmer with the lid on.

While Tsatsa mushrooms, prepare Bechamel. In a pan with hot butter put the flour, stir well. Add hot milk, salt, nutmeg and cook until desired consistency.

Add the Bechamel to the mushrooms and cook for another few minutes and remove from heat. Then in the slightly cooled sauce, add the diced cheese. Mix well.

Pour a little sauce on the bottom of the form and put a bit of butter.

Begin to lay out the pancakes into shape.

Each layer and the top sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

To put for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven (each fits in its own oven). I left a little longer, until lightly browned cheese.
