The ribs cut into portions (1-2 pieces, depending on size), salt, pepper
If you have small cabbages, each divided into 4 parts. My youngest was not, so the "slices" cut big head. The main thing that these pieces were kept on the stalk, not collapsing. Cabbage is also to prisolit, pepper
To make the sauce: mix equal parts mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup, squeeze in the garlic sauce.
Generously baste the ribs and cabbage in the sauce. Add to the pot, add a few leaves Lavrushka, to put in 6-8 hours in a cool place.
Place cabbage with ribs in the sleeve, the sleeve on a baking sheet seam side up, simmer for approx 1 hour and 40 min on low heat in the oven.
To open the sleeve at the seam, put back to oven, bake another 20 minutes.
