Cooking
Boil the potatoes with salt, mash with cream, butter and egg into the mashed potatoes.
Finely chopped onion, tomato, grated on a coarse grater carrots and fry in vegetable oil, add minced meat and stir well (breaking up large pieces) fry until evaporation of meat juice with spices.
The bottom of the pan to be oiled and well sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 of mashed potatoes in an even layer, spread on it the meat.
Stuffing covered the remainder of the mashed potatoes, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until Golden brown at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Served with any salad of fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
