Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1000 g

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 handful

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

Boil the potatoes with salt, mash with cream, butter and egg into the mashed potatoes.

Finely chopped onion, tomato, grated on a coarse grater carrots and fry in vegetable oil, add minced meat and stir well (breaking up large pieces) fry until evaporation of meat juice with spices.

The bottom of the pan to be oiled and well sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 of mashed potatoes in an even layer, spread on it the meat.
