This incredibly fresh brownies I give to Catherine Mylenn, whom we met in another culinary community, and I hasten to congratulate her on her recent birthday!

Cooking
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Cake pan (20Х28см) lay a parchment paper and grease lightly. Preheat the oven to 175С.
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy mass.
Melt the butter (in the microwave or in a saucepan on the fire) and mix it with cocoa powder.
Add chocolate mixture to egg and beat.
Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
To prepare the filling, mint grind in a blender or finely chop with a knife. Mix the cheese with sugar and mint.
Pour half of the batter into the form and smooth the surface. Gently spread over the dough and cottage cheese (for this it is convenient to use a pastry syringe), then pour the remaining batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. I baked according to the instructions of your oven (for biscuits): 150C for 45 minutes on the lower level. Allow to cool in the form.
To prepare icing mint grind in a blender (or chop with a knife), mix with milk and pour into the icing sugar with continuous stirring. Add green food coloring and mix thoroughly. The glaze should get the consistency of sour cream.
To put the icing on the cooled cake. I did not wait for the icing to cool and cut immediately into squares. Minty delicious frosting dripping off the sides...
