I'm not a fan of mint, but the combination of yogurt with mint (dressing for salads or marinade for meat) I like it!

Cooking
Cucumbers cut into half rings, add a tablespoon of salt and leave for 20-30 minutes to drain juice. Drain liquid from cucumbers.
For sauce - mix yogurt with freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, add fresh ground pepper and chopped mint. In a bowl put the cucumbers and dressing. BON APPETIT!
