Salad with liver and mushrooms
Unusual salad to taste. But most importantly, it was cold and steep. And can be in the form of heat, with a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

Remove the liver from the film and veins. Cut into cubes.

Mushrooms - thin strips (I have oyster mushrooms)

Onion - quarter-rings.

Fry the onions until Golden brown. Liver fry, at the end add salt and pepper (you can boil the liver) Mix with fried onions.

Mushroom fry + salt, pepper.

Eggs cut into thin strips or cubes. When the mushrooms and the liver has cooled, mix all ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Very tasty salad cold.
