Ingredients

  • Pepper

    6 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

Take bell pepper and semi-sweet pepper.

Garlic and dill Pour oil in the skillet and embers. Diminish the gas, put the peppers in a baking pan, cover with a lid and on low heat fry. Once the pepper is toasted, turn over to the other side. So come and paparick pepper.

While peppers are roasting, finely chop the garlic and dill.

Ready pepper fold, sprinkle with salt, garlic and dill. You can just pour hot oil. Bon appetit.
