Cooking
Vegetables, in advance, to defrost. Boil the rice (not overcooked!!! You can use left over from dinner the rice). Fry mince on medium heat with vegetable oil.
Take the vegetables. I prefer this mixture.
Add them to the frying pan to the mince and season with salt, pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, soy sauce and sherry (if added). Lightly fry together in literally 5 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200*C. mix the Eggs with sour cream, horseradish, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt. All whisk.
Combine the sauteed beef with vegetables and rice. It turns out that's the mass.
The form for baking grease with 1 tbsp vegetable oil (I like to grease the pan with sesame oil, but not necessarily). We spread our ground beef for casseroles. Z alive egg-sour cream mixture. I make a casserole in portion and forms a small baking dish overall. Explain that it is clear that the number of products in a small casserole.
Put our form in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle top with dill. The original recipe cut the slices of onion and soybean shoots. Serve with chili sauce, or like me - with ketchup (we eat home :-) ) Bon APPETIT!!!
