Rice cakes with lemon and cherries
Delicious dessert. Cupcakes are prepared without flour. Delighted to have the recipe, maybe someone he, like me, will like.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Measure out 100 grams. rice.

Milk bring to the boil, salt it and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Then spread the rice and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.

Then add in the rice, oil and sugar and continuing to stir, cook the rice for another 10 minutes.

Here we have turns out a mess.

Spread the rice in a separate bowl, allow to cool a little and mixed the zest and the pieces of cherry.

Then beat the egg yolks with the lemon juice and rum and mix with rice.

Spread the mixture into molds (we here got 11 muffins). Put in preheated oven (190 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes.

Our cupcakes are ready. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
