Lemon pudding with cranberry sauce D arbo
Gentle, airy, with a pleasant sour cranberry sauce D arbo, it's so delicious!

Ingredients

  • Sauce

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

On a fine grater to remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice, we'll need 5 tablespoons of juice.

Mix the flour, salt and 1/2 Cup sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, milk, zest and lemon juice.

Mix liquid with flour mixture, stir until smooth.

Whites first whisk until soft peaks form, add remaining sugar and beat until strong peaks. Add the whites into the batter.

Proteins enter gently, but thoroughly.

The dough will be liquid, but air.

Pour the dough into molds greased with oil. On a baking sheet lay out the fabric, pour boiling water, put our puddings.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees 40-45 minutes.
