Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. The taste is amazing, and it is just beautiful. This is a wonderful side dish and appetizer zamechatelnaja. A salad with "little blue" is just delicious. Cooking
1. Eggplant cut into strips and season with salt and leave for half an hour. Rinse off the salt. Cut into cubes.
2. Tomato cut into cubes.
