Description
Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. The taste is amazing, and it is just beautiful. This is a wonderful side dish and appetizer zamechatelnaja. A salad with "little blue" is just delicious. Offer very easy to prepare the salad, the taste of which is reminiscent of warm evenings under the Egyptian sky.

Cooking
1. Eggplant cut into strips and season with salt and leave for half an hour. Rinse off the salt. Cut into cubes.
2. Tomato cut into cubes.
3. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Salad put on a plate with a special shape. Squeeze a small amount mainta around and on top of the salad. Sprinkle with paprika.
