Cake
A delicious cupcake. Zucchini is not felt, turns fluffy and very chocolatey!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

Zucchini peel and grate on a grater, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and give a little stand. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, sugar, butter, vegetable oil, yogurt.

To Creamed mixture add flour mixed with baking powder and soda, vanilla sugar, cocoa, cinnamon. Stir it carefully.

Zucchini squeeze the juice and add to the batter + 2 tbsp strong coffee. Carefully mix our dough. Place it in a cake pan (preferably springform) and put in a preheated 180*C oven. Bake about 45 minutes (so at the time in my oven). Let cool and try. Mmmmm... how delicious!
