Description
This dish is done very quickly – in a matter of minutes. In the original it is very sharp, like all of Sichuan cuisine, so adjust the spiciness to your taste. The same method is used for preparing and Szechuan chicken.

In a small pot, mix water, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, pepper and ginger (the pepper is adjustable – so dire).
Heat the wok, pour sesame oil. Add the garlic and onion and fry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and fry, stirring, for another half a minute.
Put the sauce, stir so that it covers the entire surface of the shrimp, simmer until thick. It takes about a minute. The surface of the shrimp should be glossy. Remove from the heat.
