Vegetable salad
Great vegetable salad. Suitable for entertaining and for everyday meals.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    600 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

The preliminary work. Finely chop the onion, marinate it in warm boiled water add a little salt, sugar, vinegar. The taste should be slightly sharp. And pour the onion for 30-40 minutes.

And boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Cabbage should be slightly undercooked. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water

This salad is made with Brussels sprouts. Every cabbage to disassemble the leaves (like cabbage rolls), 1-2 min. boil in salted water, rinse cold, drain off and put on a plate. To save time, I have replaced Brussels in Beijing cabbage. On top of a little salt, but I sprinkled some seasoning for a salad (in the background of the photo)

The last layer: slice 1 bunch of dill 1 bunch of parsley. To cover the entire salad. Dressing: crush the garlic (I RUB on a small grater, chesnokodavilku don't like), add salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, vegetable oil and some water. Mix well, mixture should be around 100 g and spread evenly over the entire salad. BON APPETIT! or, as we say, SAVORY!
