The preliminary work. Finely chop the onion, marinate it in warm boiled water add a little salt, sugar, vinegar. The taste should be slightly sharp. And pour the onion for 30-40 minutes.

And boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Cabbage should be slightly undercooked. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water
This salad is made with Brussels sprouts. Every cabbage to disassemble the leaves (like cabbage rolls), 1-2 min. boil in salted water, rinse cold, drain off and put on a plate.
