Description
Blueberries and bananas - an unforgettable combination! For a basis I took the recipe from the book diabetic diet exhibited on the website of Jamie Oliver, but instead fresh blueberries used frozen. Recipe dedicate Snezhana (zhonushka) and Anna (кitri)! Thank them for their kind words and patience in waiting for this recipe!

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add baking powder and soda, sugar, vanilla and mix well. Blend the bananas in another bowl. Add egg, oil, yoghurt. A good beat with a mixer. Mix contents of two bowls.
The blueberries thaw and drain in a sieve to stack juice. Spread the berries on a saucer and pour starch. Gently put in the mixture for muffins and stir with a spoon.
The mixture is put into molds. I have silicone, so I do not pre-lubricated.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake for recommended 20 minutes (but it all depends on your oven). I have them a little longer Romanies.
Spread on bars and allow to cool! In the English version of the recipe ingredients are measured with measuring Cup (1 ser = 200 gr), but because it is in our list there, I make a Cup (200 grams)! If yogurt, for example, a liquid, add more flour. Weight should be like very thick pancakes.
