Appetizer of pita bread with salmon and rice
A pleasure! Amazing combination of ingredients in this snack, just crazy! A slice of salted salmon, a block of fresh cucumber, spicy rice with cheese...wrapped in a thin sheet of pita bread, and even fried to a Golden crisp – a true celebration of taste!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.333 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semolina

The rice, pour water from calculation 1:2. Bring to a boil, lightly prisolit, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until complete evaporation of water. Cool. Add turmeric, sweet paprika, a pinch of ground black pepper.
