Pear - Apple marmalade with orange flavour
A great first dessert for children up to three years! And tasty treat for those who are fasting!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Corn starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    100 ml

Gelatin pour 100 ml of water, give to swell.

Apples and pears peel, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater.

Put the mass into a saucepan (preferably nonstick) Add the sugar and squeeze the juice of an orange. Put on fire, bring to boil, then reduce the fire and stirring occasionally, simmer the apples for about 30-40 minutes.

Add the starch diluted in a little cold water, all mix thoroughly and bring to boil.

Hot Apple - pear mixture to the whipped by using a blender or pass the sauce through a sieve.

Gelatin put on the fire (or in the microwave) and heat until complete dissolution of grains.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the applesauce, mix everything carefully. Any form vystelit foil or cling film.

Pour the mashed potatoes, flatten and keep in the refrigerator until fully cured. Portions cut pieces and serve children or adults for dessert. Optionally, you can decorate with nuts, dried apricots or prunes. Here just cut pieces :)
