Oats, buckwheat cookies with cherries
The other day I went to oatmeal. I love baking with different flours. By using the idea of cook Milena, baked here is a cookie. Buckwheat flour combined with oats gives a nice flavour and is not as clearly seen as with wheat. Cookie is not very sweet, soft, crumbly, slightly moist. Interested? Then go there!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    150 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix the oat and buckwheat flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, blend the cottage cheese, melted butter, honey, milk, sour cream, vanilla sugar and eggs.

To combine flour and cheese mixture. Right into the dough, add the cherry. But, as practice showed, it is better cherries to add to the process of shaping the cookies – so convenient.

Roll balls size of a walnut. If you use the cherries separately, then create the cake, in the middle put the cherry. Now make the ball. I got 25 pieces.

Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes at 180* until Golden brown. On top of still warm cookies, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
