Albanian meatballs
Cooking is fast, it is possible to make the whole batch at once( the meat is marinating)

Ingredients

  • Meat

    0.500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Parsley

Meat and onion cut into small pieces. Take the meat slightly frozen for ease of slicing. Season with salt and pepper, add the beaten egg mayonnaise + starch + eggs. mix well. Leave for 2-3 hours.

Time kept for marinating meat. Before frying add the chopped parsley and stir.

To pay 1st.l. into the pan and fry until Golden Golden brown.
