Cooking
Cook the beans. I like beans of this variety ("black eyes"), as it does not fall apart and is cooked very quickly. Add the tomato paste and a little water (water just enough so that they could all stir well. Its amount depends on the density of tomato paste).
Salt, pepper, add spices, balsamic vinegar and chopped fresh herbs.
Tomatoes cut into circles. Put them in a baking dish.
On each slice spread the beans.
Cover with the remaining slices (I got it out of the corner of tomato).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Decorate with parsley, mashinkami and served to the table.
