Tore
This recipe my mother brought from Cheboksary from a friend in the 80-ies. Can't really say whether Chuvash is the kitchen, but the recipe is simple. It's something between donuts and baursaks, my kids love it, they chase them into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    300 g

Mix the flour, yogurt, salt, sugar, mayonnaise, eggs, knead the dough is not very steep.
