Soft margarine in a position to mix with the flour and add the yogurt, egg, baking soda, salt and knead the dough. The dough is put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. A great part to use for the bottom layer in a cake.
Prepare the filling: boil the potatoes cut into small cubes, also chop the meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Roll out large piece of dough, place it on a sheet or form, put the filling (if meat is lean, I have usually is, then you can add butter for richness), top with second layer. Coat with the egg as desired and bake for about 50 minutes at 190*C.
