Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Assorted vegetable

    250 g

  • Olives

    9 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn

  • Greens

Quickly on a hot griddle and fry the eggs, stirring constantly to make small lumps. Spread a layer on a plate, top with a layer of the chopped small cubes of tomatoes and cover all the creamy mustard sauce (sour cream mixed with mustard and chopped garlic).

Fry the vegetables until tender, season with curry (better to roast simultaneously on the two pans of eggs and vegetables, then the salad takes a few minutes), spread a layer of vegetables on creamy mustard dressing. The top layer cut into thin slices olives.

Cover all with remaining dressing, sprinkle with grated on a coarse terochke marcovicci and decorate with corn and parsley... a Pleasant appetite! :)
