On our street there is a Georgian restaurant "Jug", this interesting and simple snack I tried there. To be honest, I don't like cod: well I haven't got juicy and tasty cod. It's amazing how simple products turn into a very unusual and tasty dish. Kindzmari is a sauce of water, vinegar and cilantro. Quite dry cod boiled it becomes a delicious and juicy.

Peel the garlic, chop the cilantro, half fresh chili pepper, cut into rings
Put the vegetables into a blender and grind well
Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add salt to taste, add vinegar to taste. Add cold boiled water gradually, until desired thickness of sauce.
Cod fillet boil in salted water, spread on a plate and cooled
Break the fish into pieces and put in a bowl
Pour the fish sauce. Optional add rings fresh hot peppers. Leave the dish for 20-30 minutes. Served and eaten!
