Rice-beet cupcakes
I love burgers! And not only them! And meatballs, meatballs etc. But here's the sculpt, and then fried - not at all. Therefore, I usually bake them in the oven in the form of cupcakes! Current version - with rice, beets and Fetaki!

Rice TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender 20 to 25 minutes.

Beets grate on a coarse grater.

Fetaki crumble, onion finely chopped.

Combine rice, beets, eggs, onion, salt and pepper.

Muffin tins grease with vegetable oil or paste them in paper molds. Put rice, beet dough, lightly tamping it with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 15-20 minutes.
