Polenta with grilled vegetables

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    1 cup

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Prepare the polenta. It is possible to prepare in advance and store in the fridge. Rump pour water and boil. I cooked about 25 to 30 minutes. It turns out thick corn porridge. Add the butter.
