Egg rolls with mushrooms
Very quick, simple but very tasty snack. You can invite someone over, you can take a picnic, and the kids love it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Potato starch

    1.5 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Starch diluted in 2 tbsp water and set aside for 5 minutes for swelling. Then, whisk the eggs with starch, salt and 1 tbsp oil.

Fry 20 small pancakes. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 15 cm.

To prepare the filling. Mushrooms cut and fry in butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. I took the prepared mushroom spawn, so taking pictures of this step I have. From pancakes to bend two opposite edges.

On one side put the stuffing (a little more than a teaspoon). And fold rolls.

To do so with all the pancakes. Fold them into shape, brush with cream and sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, the temperature is 180*.
