Recipe taken from the cooking area. ru, but slightly modified :), I Can say that the cake is easy enough, there is very little flour. Sweet, not cloying... in General, great for summer tea/coffee :)

Cooking
1. Grind butter with sugar.
2. Drive egg and give everything a good mix.
3. Add chopped lemon zest, flour, salt and knead the dough.
4. Bake two Korzh (20-25 minutes at 200°). trim if required.
5. Cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package, but dilute it with water mixed with lemon juice (lemon squeeze).
