Lemon cake
Recipe taken from the cooking area. ru, but slightly modified :), I Can say that the cake is easy enough, there is very little flour. Sweet, not cloying... in General, great for summer tea/coffee :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Jelly

    1 pack

1. Grind butter with sugar.
